BOOK THE BAND:
Once you have decided that Wild are the band for you, We will email a booking contract to you to confirm the booking. The contract features all the important details for the day and once you have signed, the band will sign a copy and confirm the booking in their diary. We ask for a deposit (the amount varies from £150- £200 depending on the package you go for) to secure the booking, with the balance payable by bank transfer seven days ahead of the day.
PLANNING:
In the lead up to your event, you are very welcome to contact us any time to discuss the plan for the day. Around four weeks before the day the band will contact you to go over the final details – timings, song requests for the disco or DJ, final payment details etc. you are dealing directly with the band, so you can be sure nothing will get missed and everything discussed will happen as planned on the night.
ON THE NIGHT:
Wild will arrive fully self-contained with PA, lighting and pre-mixed disco (or a band member can DJ if you add this to your booking) and will perform 2 x 45 mins of live music (2 x 60 or 3 x 40 minute live sets if requested). The band will cover your whole evening of entertainment so you don’t need to hire a separate DJ or any additional equipment.
It takes a minimum of 90 minutes for the band to get fully set up and sound checked.
A guide to a standard evening would be:
- 17:30 – Band Arrive
- 19:30 – Background Music On
- 20:30 – First Set (45 mins)
- 21:15 – Disco/DJ (ideal time for evening buffet)
- 22:00 – Second Set (45 mins)
- 22:45 – Disco/DJ Until Close
Timings are flexible to suit your needs and live longer sets are available if you prefer. Wild’s standard price is based on them arriving at 17:00 earliest and finishing as late as 00:00. For an early arrival or late finish outside of these times, there is an additional charge.
